Joy ushers in the season this December with an array of events, exhibits and performances at Fort Lauderdale’s Riverwalk A&E District. For those who may need a break from the holiday madness or simply want to spend quality time with family, we have curated a few upcoming events for your consideration. To get into the spirit of it all, Bonnet House has an entire week of festivities aimed at making even Mr. Scrooge enjoy the season. To find the real bling this month, we suggest “Light Up Holiday!” or a River Tour that takes in the festive holiday décor. “Free First Thursdays” and “Seminole Masterworks” infuse the beauty of art into our hectic holiday schedules. “Cookies with Santa” and “A Christmas Story” harken back to holiday memories long ago. Whatever you are looking for this holiday season to make it a bit merrier and brighter, you are sure to find it at The District.
